A recognized thought leader, keynote speaker, and testifying expert witness, Bui brings more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with complex, technology-driven investigations.

With a deep background in emerging data sources, cloud-based investigations, and digital forensics procedures, Bui has provided expert testimony over 30 times in civil matters. He has supported clients across highly-litigious industries—including pharmaceutical life sciences, medical devices, and big tech—navigating complex legal challenges involving government subpoenas, data spoliation, and trade secret theft.

Beyond his client work, Bui serves as an advisor to INTERPOL on its Metaverse and Synthetic Media Expert Groups and conducts pro bono training for anti-corruption officials in Lesotho, South Africa. He also contributes to public awareness efforts through AARP webinars that help protect consumers from deep-fake-related fraud.
