Purpose Legal Launches "Wellness with Purpose" Webinar Series for Busy Professionals

Dallas, TX – August 1, 2024 – Purpose Legal, a leading provider of eDiscovery and legal technology services, is proud to announce the launch of “Wellness with Purpose,” a new webinar series dedicated to promoting health and wellness for busy professionals. The series is an acknowledgment to all the hard-working professionals in our industry who often forget to slow down and take care of themselves.

“Wellness with Purpose” aims to provide valuable insights and practical tips for maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle amidst the demands of a professional career. The series will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers, each offering their expertise on various aspects of wellness.

The inaugural session, titled “Mindful Business: Finding Purpose and Balance in a Fast-Paced World” will be hosted by Ruth Hauswirth from Cooley LLP. Ruth will share her strategies for incorporating mindfulness and balance into daily routines to foster personal and professional well-being.

The second session, hosted by Glenn Posein,Vice President of Regional Sales at Purpose Legal (and health enthusiast) is titled “Work It Out: The Benefits of Moving Your Body” and will explore the benefits of regular physical activity on your health, work performance, and quality of life.

The third session, presented by Savannah Zimmer, VP of Marketing at Purpose Legal and certified health coach will present “Unlocking the Power of Rest: Tips for Better Sleep”. Savannah will provide practical strategies, recent research findings on how to improve your sleep, and discuss how quality good sleep can enhance your productivity, boost your mood, and improve your overall health.

The fourth session is hosted once again by Glenn Posein and is titled “Limiting Alcohol: How to Reduce or Remove Alcohol and How it Impacts Your Health”. He will cover how to reduce or eliminate alcohol from your life and how alcohol impacts your health. Whether you are looking for ways to cut back, manage drinking at work and networking events, or eliminate it altogether, this session covers it all.

The final presentation in the series is “Balancing Your Life: Understanding the Wellness Wheel,” presented by Savannah Zimmer. This webinar will provide practical strategies for integrating wellness into your daily routine, ensuring you remain resilient and fulfilled in both your personal and professional endeavors.
