Denise Asnes is the Senior Managing Director, Fulfillment. She joined Hire Counsel in 2001 and was responsible for the recruitment and placement of temporary attorneys, temporary and permanent paralegals and contract specialists across the country.

Prior to joining Hire Counsel, Denise was a paralegal for 15 years at New York City’s most prestigious law firms before joining Ernst & Young as an associate director responsible for the management of V.P. hiring in North America.

Since 2012, Denise has been responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Hire Counsel’s project-based recruiters nationwide. She is responsible for process optimization to ensure best-in-class results. Based on her years of staffing experience, she is well-versed in the nuances of plaintiff, defendant, and government agency needs and has experience in multiple practice areas and industries, including but not limited to: Biotech, Data Breach, Mass Tort, Toxic Tort and Product Liability, Pharmaceutical Finance and Crypto Patent/IP, Antitrust, and other Government Investigations.

Denise earned her B.S. degree from State University College at Buffalo anda  Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University. Denise has been instrumental in staffing and supervising the staffing of projects exceeding 250 contract attorneys with fluency in foreign languages in both the U.S. and the U.K.  Denise currently serves on the board of Women in eDiscovery – Philadelphia.
